Hey Chaplin, you don't know me personally but I remember you. you served me communion when I was a Catholic in 2006 in the triangle. I've since found a new relationship with Christ and I'm on a path to becoming a chaplain myself not in the military but as the fire department chaplain. I just wanted to take time and let you know Jeff that because of the way you helped me and Iraq I hope to inspire and help others you've been a blessing in my life and I'm grateful for men like you

Chaplain (CPT) Bryan, ALL THE WAY Sir! I just got out of the service and I don't know if you remember me, but I was the, SPC, Chaplain's Assistant over at Division North Chapel on Bragg who served big red instead of grape juice! Anyways I got your book,"Memoirs From Babylon," and I now fully understand what Chaplain's do; though I never took the time to humble myself and realize their role on behalf of God and Country. My The Lord Bless You and Keep You and go ALL THE WAY! STRIKE HOLD, AIRBORNE, ALL THE WAY! Respectfully, Matt Rangel

Hi Jeff! It's Amy and Chris. I will never forget your little Bible study in our little house in California. I praise God that you are doing well and became a chaplain! God bless you and your family!

I read the book and loved it. It's a great testimony to the ministry of the Chaplain Corps and the presence of God in less than desirable places. Thanks for your service Chaplain and God bless you and the American Armed Forces.

Sir. I was a member of the detachment of Alpha Company that was assigned to Delta Company. I talked to you many times while pulling guard and on patrols and even work together extracting those casualties from those victors when Michael Schlitz was hurt. I really appreciate that you let the world know what was fighting , living , and loosing friends along Route Malibu. Thank you for mentioning Chris in your book , Chris and I were friends from the time we worked with the special groups In Samarra, but over all thank you for acknowledge all the suffer and pain that it took to destroy the triangle of death.

Hey Captain Bryan, I met you today at the 18th Fire Brigades chow hall of all places. I can't imagine a lunch better than the one I had with you today. If there is anything you need give me a call. I will be changing the hearts and minds for you. I'll make sure to leave the soul for you sir. Thank you for a great conversation and even better knowledge. Even the smallest moment in time can have a huge impact on people. Those 15 minutes I spent eating "chicken and rice" was enough to remind me of why I joined. Thank you I can't wait to read your book! PFC, Nold (Psyop) MOS 37F

I finished the book today.(Memoirs From Babylon by Chaplain Jeff Bryan) I was so not ready to see John's name when it came up, had to cry some and clear my eyes before going on. It is a powerful book about what is going on over there. I pray now with more heart and soul for all the soldiers. God Please be with them all! And God bless "Chappy" Jeff Bryan. A friend to our John. We miss you John, thanks for serving in this war and giving your life for our country. ( aunt of 1Lt John Edds )
